I came to know one thing sure that Chennai is going to fast.

A Train from Chennai to Coimbatore is around Rs.200 to Rs.250. But an Auto from Guindy (an area 3 to 4 Kms from Airport inside Chennai City, to Egmore Railway station is Rs.230 which the Auto drivers say very least.

Chennai is an HELL

-until the Traffic Police takes action on the auto drivers & checks each auto,

-until the Transport Minister comes and sites in a Chennai's auto & pays for his travel,

-until Chennai People join and ask the Auto Drivers why they are not using the meter and people have to pay price not shown in meter.

After a longtime, I had to go in a auto in Chennai. I walked towards a auto stand in front of my office. Before I reach the stand, a auto driver came to me and asked where I want to go. I said the location, by the time i finished to tell the landmark where i want to go, he said, "let go, get in and take your seat". With in fraction of seconds before I get it, he uttered, it will be Rs.100 charged. I was shocked.

The distance between my home and office is 2.7 Kms, for that Rs.100. I posted him, why so much for a distance less that too less then 3 kms. He replied that after dropping me he has to come back to the stand without and passenger and nobody on the way back will stop for a auto.

Call Taxi (Omni Van) in Chennai is priced as 5 Kms - Rs.100 and above that 1km is Rs.12

Is that Auto is more luxury than Omni Van?

Is this how India becoming a DEVELOPED NATION? Is that how Chennai grows? Is that the Auto Drivers only have a Family and Children? Is that Auto Drivers are only below poverty line?

Whom to go and ask? Who will answer this?

Be careful at this stage...on hearing chine product or some other word, don't get attracted and buy it.

LPG gas cylinder's Expiry Date

I didn't know that, there is an Expiry Date for LPG Gas Cylinders we use in our day to day life for cooking.

On one of three side stems of the cylinder, the expiry date is coded alpha numerically as follows A or B or C or D and some two digit number following this e.g. D06 or D-06

The alphabets stand for quarters -

1. A for March (First Qtr),

2. B for June (Second Qtr),

3. C for Sept (Third Qtr),

4. D for December (Fourth Qtr).

The digits stand for the year till it is valid. Hence D06 would mean December qtr of 2006.

Its Good to Return Back the Cylinder that you get with a Expiry Date, they are prone to Leak and other Hazardous accidents...

American Gangster, brings out the real life gangster of 1970, Harlem, smuggled heroin from Vietnam to United States on American service planes in the form of Frank Lucas. The story is about the rise and fall of Frank Lucas, who lived up a rich life and gave up by an illegal business.

Following lines uttered by Bumpy Johnson, it’s the good one I like in this movie, mentioning that the world is getting changed day to day...how middlemen’s are dropped...how companies are changing the way they sell and the way others buy.

“This is the problem. This is what's wrong with America. It's gotten so big, you just can't find your way. The grocery store on the corner is now a supermarket. The candy store is a MacDonald's. And this place, a super f**king discount store. Where's the pride of ownership? Where's the personal service? .......See what I mean? Shit. I mean, what right do they have, of cutting out the suppliers? Pushing out all the middlemen. Buying direct from the manufacturer. Sony this. Toshiba that. All them Chinks putting Americans out of work. That's the way it is now. You can't find the heart of anything to stick the knife.”

The other good one is below, uttered by Frank Lucas regarding the ownership.

Hats off to Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe for their wonderful acting.

I got the movie 7 months back, but I didn’t see this movie thinking that it will a documentary. But I think now that I missed out the movie for months.

I read a article in a weekly magazine site, stating that if a person has drunk and drive, as per Indian Motor Act Section 185, he will be imprisonment up to 2 years or fine up to Rs. 3,000/- or both. Also the same article has mentioned that the persons Driving license cannot be canceled or revoked from him.

I am not sure on what basis these rules where framed.

Is that 2 years of life is only equal to Rs. 3,000/-?

Is that after paying the fine and 2 years imprisonment he can again drive...??? may be again drunk and drive???

Today, I got a mail from my friend, its was really a worth one,

A man was polishing his new car, his 4 yr old son picked up a stone & scratched on the side of the car. In anger, the furious Man took his child's hand & hit it many times, not realizing he was using a wrench. At the hospital, the child lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures. When the child saw his father....with painful eyes he asked 'Dad when will my fingers grow back?' The man was so hurt and speechless. He went back to the car and kicked it many times. Devastated by his own actions... sitting in front of the car he looked at the scratches, His son had written 'LOVE YOU DAD'. Next day that man committed suicide... Anger and Love have no limits ... Always remember ..... "Things are to be used and people are to be loved" but the problem in today's world is .... "People are being USED & Things are being LOVED" Have a Nice Day !!

I came across the article "The top 10 Super Bowl ads of all time" in MSNBC listing the Best 10 Ads in the world. The 1st and 9th place are gained by Coke. The 1st ranking ad was "Mean Joe Greene" of year 1979 and 9th place ad is "Parade Balloons" of year 2008.

As per me, I would rank the "Parade Balloons" (which is listed as 9th) as the Good one and place it in 1st Place. Below is the one i speak about. Its a good show by using 3 Air Balloons, delivering the message to common people.

I enjoyed this movie scene by scene...but not 100% with the presentation of dialogues... I have several questions poped-up in my mind at the end of the movie....
1. Chai wala..Chai wala....is that need to be repeated by Anil Kapoor?
2. Is that too much stress on his love needed to bring the very good drama movie into a Hollywood comericial movie?
3. People speak about Danne Boyle..Why not speak about Loveleen Tandan (Co-director of the movie from India)

Lot more comes into mind...But Finally ends saying ARR as added a new one to his BEST.

I can't say this movie is THE BEST of ARR but ONE AMONG THE BEST!!!!
